We recommend VLC Media Player (free) or IPTV Smarters from the Microsoft Store.
In VLC, go to Media → Open Network Stream (Ctrl+N) and paste the M3U URL from Movinnoo.
Click Play. VLC will load your channel list from the M3U playlist.

Use the Server URL, Username, and Password from your Movinnoo welcome message to log in.
